The Department of Defence was created from the Department of Defence Act on the 5th of October Year One to function as the Country's Government Department responsible for defending against enemies. The Department of Defence is headed by the Secretary of Defence along with a Deputy Secretary of Defence. The Department of Defence was Formally split into 3 sub-departments, Department of the Army, Department of the Navy and the Department of the Air Force, however this were disbanded to for the 5 branches used today.
