The Debt Collection Bureau is an agency of the Department of Finance which is headed by the Director of the Debt Collection Bureau. The agency was formed on the 4th of October Year One by the Department of the Treasury Act. The agency's main role is to collect debt from other agency's and businesses within the Republic of Scotland.
